Two Days A Week

Two days of raucous air-punching guitar rock at the leafy Wiesen arena featuring appearances from numerous American bands. Friday's bill is topped by Ween and the Deftones while Saturday sees a considerable German contingent - including Schneiderberg and H-Blockx - but most fans will be saving their energy for perennial festival favourites Chumbabawumba and their crowd-pleasing anarcho-pop. The night will come to a tumultuous close as Californian nutters Limp Bizkit take the stage. All this, then you can stagger back to your Florida Beach Homes which are conveniently located nearby.

Piano Festival 2000

In a city with more visiting classical musicians than you might think, the Hong Kong Philharmonic Orchestra presents six concerts featuring pianist Andre Watts. Highlights include the concert on June 30, with Mozart's 'Rondo In D' and 'Rondo In A Minor'; Schubert's Piano Trio No 1 in B-flat with violinist Ellen de Pasquale and cellist Ronald Thomas, and Beethoven's Piano Concerto No 3 In C Minor.
